Your wedding day is one of the biggest days of your life and should be a unique experience for you. Every detail of that special day would be planned by you exactly to your own personal specifications and that includes your stationery – you will want it to be as special and as unique as you are. After a consultation I can create an exclusive hand-painted set for your wedding that will reflect your personality and enhance the occasion for you and your guests.
Together we follow your inspiration to emphasise the personal character of the series. Maybe it’s the location that you would like to focus on? Maybe the season, a special memory or a shared hobby? The sky’s the limit – whatever your idea, Mallorca Wedding Art can bring it to life just for you.

Initially we will meet in a video call to discuss your ideas – absolutely any wish or fantasy you may have. You can supply photographs, colour preferences or just an idea you have in mind and we will talk about a possible design. This will also give us the opportunity to discuss timescales and prices.
When you are happy with the way we work together and are ready to go ahead, just e-mail me. I will send you a contract and an invoice for the deposit (which is 50% of the total amount and is non-refundable). This will, of course, be deducted from the final cost of the stationery set.
Now the fantasy is taking shape. I will send you a checklist where you can choose suggested fonts and colour schemes and you can supply me with all the information about your wedding celebrations that you want me to use in the designs.
As soon as I have all the inspiration and information together, I will work on the concept. I will create colour sketches and combine them with the text design and send them to you by e-mail. At this point you have the opportunity to submit your change requests in two feedback loops.
As soon as you have approved the designs, I will begin painting with watercolours or drawing with Sanguine (red chalk).
I want you to be 100% happy with the designs and text so you will have the opportunity to make any changes you feel necessary in two feedback loops. You must check everything very carefully. If you decide to make several or fundamental changes to the text at this point, there will be an additional charge of €50 per correction of text or €100 for any resulting layout correction.
After you have finally approved the artwork in writing I will invoice you for the remaining costs of the contract. As soon as this has been paid we will commission an excellent family printing company in Germany, with whom we have a long and trusting working relationship, to print your stationery.
As discussed in the initial consultation, you will be sent the stationery as a complete package or, if you would like to receive it in stages, we can send the stationery that you need during the wedding to Mallorca for an additional charge and stored in our gallery until your big day.
Timescale
Please note that we want your stationery to be perfect so it can take approximately four to six weeks from order to delivery.
Material
The stock used is finest quality textured paper to enhance the artistic character of the stationery. The envelopes are made of ribbed paper and are lined in white.
